bean salad

                                     5 bean salad

                              because eating salads is a good way too feel healthy

                                                 5 bean salad

ingredients :

5 beans ( can be any of the following, not necessarily beans.)
~broad beans
~chick peas
~snow peas
~kidney beans
~corn
~ beans
salsa
tomatoes 


method :

1. drain all beans if they came from a tin.
2. mix all beans together
3. throw in diced tomatoes.
4. add salsa
5. for more flavor, add avocado or mayo
