smoked salmon pasta

                                    smoked salmon pasta

 my personal fav food, smoked salmon is full of omega 3

                                          smoked salmon pasta

ingredients :

~lemon
~smoked salmon
~mixed peppers
~pasta twirls ( any pasta will do )
~ broccoli 
~ cheese ( optional )


method :

1.cook pasta via instructions on back of packet
2.submerge broccoli in boiling water for ten mins
3. drain pasta and broccoli
4. toss through a small portion of grated cheese and a whole lemons juice
5. toss thorough the smoked salmon and garnish with peppers


                                                                   enjoy









bean salad

                                     5 bean salad

                              because eating salads is a good way too feel healthy

                                                 5 bean salad

ingredients :

5 beans ( can be any of the following, not necessarily beans.)
~broad beans
~chick peas
~snow peas
~kidney beans
~corn
~ beans
salsa
tomatoes 


method :

1. drain all beans if they came from a tin.
2. mix all beans together
3. throw in diced tomatoes.
4. add salsa
5. for more flavor, add avocado or mayo

stuffed tomatoes

my personal Favorite just to start of the blog :

                               stuffed tomatoes :)

ingredients : 

tomato 
cheese
ham (optional )
spaghetti or baked beans
oregano



method :

1. pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
2.cut 4 tomatoes in half, and use a spoon or knife to scoop out insides
3. fill tomato with spaghetti or baked beans and ham. sprinkle grated cheese over top.
4.place oregano leaf on top ( you do NOT have to eat this. if you have sensitive taste, take it of after cooking)
5. cook for 10 mins
